About the Project
DoYou(th) is a two-year initiative co-led by CSOs from Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Netherlands, and Germany. It is designed to build the capacity, recognition, and impact of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) working with youth in the Western Balkans.
Our goal is to empower youth through social entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and transformative education, especially young women from rural areas and youth with minority backgrounds.
Supported by Growunited e.V. and MasterPeace Netherlands, DoYou(th) fosters learning, testing, and scaling of innovative Non-Formal Education (NFE) formats — aligned with the EU Youth Strategy and built to engage, connect, and empower young people.
Join Us
Empower youth, strengthen civil society, and shape the future of the Western Balkans.
Join us on a 24-month mission to rethink engagement, innovation, and inclusion through non-formal education, digital tools, and social entrepreneurship.
Why It Matters
Youth across the Western Balkans face high unemployment, brain drain, and limited opportunities — particularly young women in rural areas and minority youth.
DoYou(th) tackles these challenges by:
Equipping CSOs and youth workers with tools to innovate and grow
Providing spaces and platforms for youth to lead and create
Fostering cooperation between civil society, business, and local institutions
Promoting EU values of civic engagement, inclusion, and digital literacy
Contributing to long-term social cohesion, entrepreneurship, and brain gain
