About us
Our Mission
Founded in 2021, Growunited is an independent non-profit organization based in the Rhine-Main region of Germany, committed to fostering civil society and empowering youth. Through non-formal education (NFE), intercultural communication, and migration support, we promote inclusion, democratic engagement, and sustainable development.
Our goal at Growunited is to empower young people and communities to become active, resilient, and inclusive agents of change. We work to ensure that all individuals—regardless of background—have access to opportunities, support, and the tools needed to shape a just and sustainable future.
We are a proud partner of the MasterPeace network, a global grassroots movement headquartered in the Netherlands. Since 2017, we have collaborated under this umbrella to co-create international projects and campaigns that strengthen civil society and give young voices a platform.

Where We Work
Our core activities are centered in the Rhine-Main region, including Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz, and Eltville, and officially partner with the cities of Wiesbaden and Eltville. Our work extends nationally and internationally depending on project scope and funding, with many taking place in EU level consoritums.
